§1 Terms of Sale
These terms apply to purchases made by private consumers. We comply with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
§2 Ordering
When you place an order through our online store, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A binding sales agreement is concluded when we confirm your order and dispatch the goods or notify you that they are ready for collection.
§3 Product Information
We aim to ensure that all product information on our website is accurate. Product images and descriptions are for guidance only, and minor differences may occur. If you have any questions about a product, please contact our customer service.
§4 Stock Availability
Stock availability and estimated delivery times are estimates and may change. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible.
§5 Warranty
Warranty coverage is provided according to the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty terms. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear. Your statutory consumer rights always apply in addition to any warranty.
§6 Right of Withdrawal
For distance sales, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Returned products must be in good condition and include all accessories and the original packaging. Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal as provided by law.
