§1 Terms of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business purchases made from SOSDATA Ab Oy. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
§2 Orders
An order becomes binding only after it has been confirmed by SOSDATA. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, product information or availability before processing the order.
§3 Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product information is accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right for typographical errors, technical inaccuracies and manufacturer changes to specifications, images and product descriptions.
§4 Stock Availability
Displayed stock availability is indicative only and may change without prior notice. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by supplier availability or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
§5 Warranty Terms
Warranty coverage is provided in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms unless otherwise stated. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects but does not apply to damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear or external factors.
§6 Cancellation of Purchase
Business purchases are not subject to any statutory right of withdrawal. Any cancellation or return of an order is subject to prior approval by SOSDATA Ab Oy and the applicable return polic
